10-32 Solutions has partnered with Bob Zenoni of Midwest Civilian Aid Trainers, LLC to help provide valuable medical training for CCW permit holders as well as in building and offering the 10-32 Solutions Violence Response Sling bandoleer (VRS) as a kit complement to responses to mass violence events when time is of the essence and hard armor cannot be a part of the solution. 10-32 Solutions Instructors

--Chad Halvorson, Lead Instructor, was sworn in as a Police Officer in 1994. A Patrol Officer at heart, he has worked many years in a rural environment as a Deputy Sheriff and a Police Officer. Along with his patrol duties, he also spent several years as a Point Man on the entry team of a SO tactical team with Less Lethal duties as a secondary assignment. Chad has worked assignments as an Arson Investigator and in Narcotics investigation, and is currently a DOJ LESB Certified Law Enforcement Instructor including Unified Tactics. He is a Firearms Instructor through the Unified Tactics and is also certified as an Instructor for Tactical Response and Active Shooter topics. He has experience in instructing areas such as concealed weapons training for citizens,  patrol carbine deployment, Active Shooter Event responses and tactics, tactical team tactics, and Use of Force judgment and Scenarios as an Adjunct Instructor at regional Law Enforcement Officer Academies. Chad currently has been focused on assisting area LE Agencies integrate Active Shooter Event responses with area Fire and EMS responders. Chad is a published writer and continues to ensure his own training stays current with modern TTP's and mindsets in order to provide the most practical learning experience for his students. -- Tim Chaussee- Instructor/Center Mass Academy, is partnering with 10-32 Solutions to assist with our training offerings. Tim has 12 years of US Military experience, and 26 years of law enforcement experience. 22 years of that experience has been as a Deputy Sheriff where he has worked and been involved in critical incidents. Tim is certified through the WI DOJ Unified Tactics classification as a Handgun/Rifle Instructor as well as Tactical Response and Simunitions. He says it like it is, and if something needs to get done, he's the one to get it done. His training and experience will be a welcome addition. www.centermassacademy.com

-- Kevin Eyre- Instructor/Milwaukee COPS, is partnering up with 10-32 Solutions for various courses. Kevin is a Patrol Sergeant in a large metro police department in Milwaukee County. He has been on the street for 19 years, and has investigated hundreds of gun calls, from simple "shots fired" with no witnesses or victims, all the way up to and including officer-involved shootings and multiple-victim shootings. He has been the sole investigator in dozens of cases of police use-of-force. Kevin has been through and studied "critical incidents" and can speak first-hand as to what you may or may not experience. He has made deadly force decisions numerous times. He has testified and been cross-examined in municipal, state and federal court. He is a Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board certified firearms instructor and has instructed at work, part time, since 2006. In addition to his LESB certification, he is a certified instructor through the Dane County Law Enforcement Training Center, the NRA, and the Massad Ayoob Group. He is a certified Range Officer through the USPSA. He has taken several adult education train-the-trainer courses, and he has to re-certify periodically. He attends several classes a year...and has been for many years....as a student, to keep his own skills up-to-date. Kevin started Milwaukee Community Outreach Partners (Milwaukee COPS,) in 2010, and has trained over 500 students through Milwaukee COPS. He is an "A" class USPSA shooter, and acts as a USPSA Match Director several times a year. He has been shooting, reloading, training, and gunsmithing over twenty years.
